- 2-4 lb boneless pork loin roast
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
Coat pork with garlic and seasoned salt.
Grill over medium heat. Hint: if the outside of the loin is done but the inside temperature is not 145 degrees F, wrap in foil to keep grilling loin without burning it. OR preheat oven to 350 degrees F, place loin in shallow pan and roast for 30-45 minutes (15 minutes per pound), or until internal temperature is 145 degrees F.
Remove roast from heat and let rest for three minutes before slicing to serve.
Tip: The key to great tasting pork is proper cooking. Because pork can often be overcooked, checking the internal temperature (with a meat thermometer) often will help prevent dry pork. Pork cooked to 145 degrees F, followed by a three minute rest, will be tender, juicy, full of flavor and have a blush of pink in the center.
