Pork tenderloin is just as lean as a skinless chicken breast! Here is a fast, healthy weeknight recipe that everyone in your home can enjoy.
Lean pork fajitas can be made with mild or hot seasoning and any combination of vegetables that you like can be added.
This recipe can be prepared in 15 minutes and cook in 10 minutes, or all of the ingredients can be prepped on the weekend to save precious time on busy work and school days.
The key to keeping this meal tasty is not to over cook the pork. When the pork is white half way up the side, flip it once. It will not take as long to cook on the second side. Watch the video for more helpful tips and detailed cooking instructions.
