Pork Roast Recipe
2-4 pound pork loin roast, boneless (for the video we should cook ½ of a loin)
1-2 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
1-2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat pork with garlic pepper and rosemary; place in shallow pan. Roast for 30 minutes and check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. A general guideline is to cook a pork roast until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit which takes about 15 minutes of cooking per pound. Remove roast from oven; let rest about 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
