- 2-4 lb. boneless pork loin
- Garlic salt
- Canadian steak seasoning
Preheat smoker to 250°.
Coat pork with garlic salt first, then Canadian steak seasoning. Rub seasoning into the meat, then repeat on the second side.
Place the pork loin into the smoker fat side up to allow the salts to combine. Smoke the meat for 2-2.5 hours, or until digital meat thermometer reads 145°.
Immediately remove the pork loin from the smoker and wrap in aluminum foil length-wise to maintain juiciness. Allow meat to rest 15 minutes in aluminum foil.
